Which size should I pick?
MiniGlow 20" suits compact rooms around 100 sq ft. AeroGlow 42" fits everyday rooms around 144-225 sq ft. Actual airflow and room comfort vary by room size, mounting height, installation quality, electrical supply, and user settings.
Does the low-profile design work on low ceilings?
Both MiniGlow and AeroGlow use a flush-mount form designed for standard flat ceilings. Always confirm ceiling support, electrical box rating, and model installation requirements before installation.
Are blades safe for kids rooms?
Blades sit close to the body in a low-profile housing. Always install above safe head height.
LIGHT & AIRFLOW
Can I dim the light?
AeroGlow 42" supports dimmable LEDs and 3 color temperatures. MiniGlow is adjustable on supported SKUs.
Is the fan reversible?
Yes, the DC motor supports summer down-flow and winter up-flow.
How loud is the fan?
Sound level may vary by model, fan speed, mounting height, installation quality, ceiling structure, and room conditions. Contact support for model-specific information.
SMART CONTROL
Do I need WiFi for the standard MiniGlow?
No — standard MiniGlow ships with a remote. Smart+ adds WiFi, app, and voice-ready control on verified SKUs.
Which voice assistants are supported?
Voice support is confirmed per model. Email support@fancymay.com with your SKU for compatibility.
Does Smart+ need 2.4GHz WiFi?
Yes — setup uses 2.4GHz WiFi. Most home routers broadcast both bands.
INSTALLATION
Can I install it myself?
FancyMay products are hardwired electrical fixtures. If you are not comfortable with household wiring, or if local law requires it, hire a licensed electrician.
Do I need a fan-rated ceiling box?
Use a compatible voltage and a ceiling electrical box and structure rated to support the fixture and its operating load.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
FancyMay ships only to physical residential or commercial street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or unsupported destinations.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, Free Standard Shipping transit is normally 3-5 business days and Express Shipping transit is normally 1-2 business days for $12.99. Estimated total time is approximately 4-7 business days for Standard and 2-4 business days for Express, excluding weekends, public holidays, carrier disruptions, and other delays outside FancyMay's reasonable control.
RETURNS
Can I return my fan light?
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. The restocking fee is $0.00. FancyMay pays return shipping for approved defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items caused by FancyMay; customers pay return shipping for customer-remorse returns. Contact support before shipping any return.
WARRANTY
Is there a warranty?
Eligible FancyMay hardwired ceiling fan lights and related included components have a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from the carrier-confirmed delivery date for verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use and proper installation.
