Quality & Compliance

FancyMay may publish quality, safety, compliance, and product documentation for select hardwired ceiling-fan-light models when matching supporting documents are available. Possible document categories may include electrical-safety reports, EMC or FCC documentation where applicable, CE documentation, RoHS reports, UKCA documentation, energy-efficiency information, installation manuals, declarations, or other model-specific materials. A document category must not be displayed as available unless FancyMay has the corresponding document for the exact product model, version, batch, component, or scope being sold.

Documentation for one FancyMay product does not mean that all FancyMay products carry the same certification, test report, declaration, registration, listing, or compliance documentation.

• A specific FancyMay hardwired ceiling-fan-light model: only the certificates, listings, declarations, test reports, registrations, energy information, and manuals that explicitly identify or validly cover that model. This applies only to the model, version, batch, component, or scope stated in the document.
• Other FancyMay products: product manuals, installation guidance, electrical-safety information, safe-use guidance, troubleshooting support, and warranty support may be available. Do not display certification badges, listing marks, energy claims, or compliance claims without matching product-specific supporting documents.

For products without published certification or test documentation, FancyMay may provide product manuals, installation guidance, electrical-safety information, usage instructions, troubleshooting support, and warranty support. FancyMay does not claim that every product is UL Listed, ETL Listed, FCC compliant, CE marked, RoHS compliant, energy certified, or otherwise approved unless the corresponding listing, certificate, test report, declaration, registration, or supporting documentation is available and matches the product being sold.

Customers may contact support@thefancymay.com for questions about available product documentation. We aim to reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. FancyMay may update, remove, or replace documents when product versions, batches, suppliers, regulations, or documentation status change.

Always read and follow the installation manual, wiring diagram, electrical warnings, ceiling-support requirements, mounting instructions, clearance requirements, maintenance guidance, and intended-use limitations before installation or use. Turn off power at the circuit breaker before installation, inspection, cleaning, or servicing. Installation should be completed by a qualified person or licensed electrician where required by local law. Use only a compatible voltage and a ceiling electrical box and structure rated to support the fixture and its operating load. Do not install in wet, damp, outdoor, sloped, or otherwise unsuitable locations unless the exact model is expressly rated for that use. Stop use and disconnect power if the fixture produces smoke, burning odor, unusual heat, severe wobble, sparking, or abnormal noise.
