Check the ceiling box
Verify your ceiling box is fan-rated and securely mounted.

Mount the bracket
Fix the mounting bracket to the ceiling box using included hardware.

Connect wiring
Match line, neutral, and ground per the included quick start guide.
STEP 05
Pair remote / app
Power on, then follow the model-specific remote pairing steps in the included quick-start guide. For app-enabled models, follow the app pairing instructions provided with your model.

- Install remote batteries if required.
- Power on the fan light.
- Follow the model-specific remote pairing steps in the included quick-start guide.
- Test fan speed and light.
Smart+ app pairing
- Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network before starting Smart+ pairing.
- Open the compatible mobile app listed in your product manual or setup QR code.
- Add a new device and follow the prompts.
- Set up Alexa only if your Smart+ manual or app flow lists that integration.
Troubleshooting
Remote is not responding
Confirm batteries are fresh and you are within range. Re-pair using the steps in the manual.
App cannot find the fan light
For MiniGlow Smart+, confirm your phone is on a 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup. For standard MiniGlow or AeroGlow models, follow the app pairing instructions provided with your model.
Fan wobbles
Check that all blade screws are tight and the bracket is flush against the ceiling.
Light flickers
Verify the wiring is secure and your dimmer, if any, is compatible with LED fixtures.
